Our Roots and Experience
Since the early 1980s, founders Lainie and Daniel Allen have provided spiritual mentoring, spiritual direction/guidance and coaching to help others bring focus to their lives and nurture to their souls so they can live the life God intended. Valuing an ecumenical Christian tradition, the Allen's honor each individual’s spiritual path, and welcome anyone seeking to connect with God.
Lainie has been a spiritual mentor for 15 years and is a certified Spiritual Director (read more about spiritual direction on the "What We Offer" page). She has both BA (Psychology) and MA (Education) degrees, as well as a certification in Spiritual Formation and Direction from CFDM- Christian Formation and Directions Ministries (see www.cfdm.org). Lainie provides guidance to facilitate prayer, meditation, reflection and other spiritual practices that help deepen our communion with God.
Daniel, a leadership coach for over 15 years, helps leaders give voice to their vision, and find or get clarity on God’s path for their life. He holds both a MDiv and DMin degree (with an emphasis in leadership development) from Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, CA.
We understand the need to be still, refocus/center your life, connect with God and renew your life purpose. We work with both individuals and small groups.
